showcases a collection of emerging and mid-career artists who are creating locally in the Twin Cities. We offer the general public and serious collectors the chance to purchase fine artwork at affordable prices. Because we are an artist run gallery, at least one of us will always be there for discussion. Our intention is to give viewers the chance to have a more personal and enriched art experience.

We function based on the desire that we all deserve to have a little beauty in our lives. 

We have 3 galleries on 2 floors in a wonderfully restored historic 1883 building in downtown Minneapolis. We are showing mixed media, photographs, paintings, pottery, fiber, prints, found object art, furniture and one of kind clothing and gift items. This is a home to a variety of artists working in styles that include contemporary, traditional, functional and the purely aesthetic. In addition to our permanent artists, each month we will feature different guest artists. If you are interested in showing your work here, please feel free to contact us. Mill District Arts Gallery hopes to become a true part of the Mill District community as a whole and develop a positive synergy with the other galleries, shops, bookstores and restaurants in this creative neighborhood.
